Description
Image shows an aerial view of Crestwood Apartments, Fort Worth, Texas's newest and largest community of apartment homes two miles from downtown on White Settlement Road. The owners feel they are carrying forward the progressive spirit of Fort Worth, Texas, and West Texas. Completion of this community of home apartments was conceived and developed with consideration of the city’s fast growing needs and requirements. The extensive courtyard around which the apartment buildings were constructed provides "individual" lawn space for residents. Buildings are constructed of brick and have tile roofs. Windows of all apartments overlook the courtyard. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 30, 1940.
