The men are inspecting the new protective cables were strung around the arena to keep the outlaw stock out of ringside boxes during the Fat Stock Show Rodeo at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Mr. Davis is wearing a double-breasted suit and a cowboy hat. He is riding a horse named "Baldy." Mr. Elliot is wearing suit and a cowboy hat. An unidentified man at the left is wearing trousers, a coat, and a cowboy hat.
