Doctor Anderson, of Fort Worth, Texas is the assistant secretary. He is wearing a three piece suit. Doctor Scott, council chairman, is from Temple, Texas. He is dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit. Doctor Taylor, of Fort Worth, is secretary of the state body. He is wearing a three piece suit. The men are reading from a folder, held by Doctor Scott. There is an American Flag standing behind them.
