Opening of International Building at Municipal Airport. Mayor McCrary is greeting Carroll F. Hinners, right, and E. P. Hirt, left. Mayor McCrary is wearing a dark three-piece suit and has a cigar in his mouth. Mr. Hinners, the American Airlines traffic manager, is dressed in a light-colored three-piece suit with a handkerchief in the pocket. Mr. Hirt is supervisor of tickets and reservations. He is wearing a dark, double breasted suit. Behind the three men is a photograph of a plane soaring above the clouds.
