Description

E. H. Hill, manager of Fort Worth Dairy Products Company applies for "hardship" relief under the new milk conservation order. Hill and other milk distributors of Fort Worth will confer with Hugo Swan of Dallas, newly appointed milk market administrator for the War Food Administration and they will request that the month of October or November 1943, be made the quota basing month and not June. The other matter to discuss with Swan is the advisability, under these circumstances, to name Hill as deputy agent in the Fort Worth area. Hill is photographed beside a potted plant on his left, that sits on top of a filing cabinet. He wears a suit and tie and octagonal glasses. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, February 2, 1944.
