Description
Fort Worth, Texas, city leaders gathered with members of the Elks Lodge to honor Frank J. Lonergan at the Blackstone Hotel. Sitting on a couch, left to right, are Mr. Lonergan and James R. Record. Mr. Lonergan, of Portland, Oregon, is the grand exalted ruler of the fraternal organization. He is dressed in a three piece suit with a bow-tie. Mr. Record is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit and is smoking a cigar.
