Fort Worth, Texas, city leaders gathered with members of the Elks Lodge to honor Frank J. Lonergan, left, at the Blackstone Hotel. Mr. Lonergan, of Portland, Oregon, is the grand exalted ruler of the fraternal organization. He is dressed in a three piece suit with a bow-tie. Mr. Lonergan receiving a present from Judge Thomas J. Renfro. Judge Renfro is wearing a double breasted suit with a pocket square.
