Fort Worth, Texas, city leaders gathered with members of the Elks Lodge to honor Frank J. Lonergan at the Blackstone Hotel. Left to right are, Mayor I. N. McCrary, Reverend Rey Hawley, Frank J. Mr. Lonergan, of Portland, Oregon, is the grand exalted ruler of the fraternal organization. He is dressed in a three piece suit with a bow-tie. Mr. Shuman is a past exalted ruler of the lodge. He is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Covey is the Chamber of Commerce president. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Judge Renfro presented a gift to the guest of honor. He is wearing a suit and standing in the background.
