Mrs. Margaret J. Langdon, 94, shown with her birthday cake. Her five children were present at her birthday celebration and she received numerous messages and gifts from her 48 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren. She also has one great-great-grandchild. Twelve of the grandsons are in the Armed Forces. There are 94 lighted candles on the cake. Children present were G. M. Langdon, of Van Horn, Texas; Mrs. Lura Allard, Fort Worth, Texas; Mrs. Virgie Tucker, Canyon Texas; Mrs. Mary Allard, Silverton, Texas; and Mrs. Cordie Farmer, Lubbock, Texas.
