    Private First Class (Pfc.) William A. Blakeley is serving with the United States Army. He is home in Fort Worth, Texas after nine months of training at Camp Abbot, Oregon. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Blakeley. Private (Pfc.) Blakeley is a former apprentice pressman at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He is shown standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 21, 1944.
