Steven Nichols is the three-month-old son of Sergeant (Sgt.) S. L. Nichols who is serving overseas in Italy. Steven is holding war bonds to help bring daddy back safe. He is sitting on a blanket-covered chair and wearing a knitted sweater and hat. He is living in Fort Worth, Texas, with his mother. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 16, 1944.
