    Description

    This four-man track team will carry the colors of Texas Christian University (T. C. U.) in the Southwest Conference meet at Houston, Texas. They will be competing against the teams of University of Texas, Rice University, and the Agricultural and Mechanical College (A. & M.). The team members are, left to right, Gayle Smith, Bob Cook, P. C. Taylor and Robert Groseclose. Mack Clark (not pictured) is the coach. Gayle will run the mile and 880, Bob is a weightman, P. C. is a two-miler, and Robert will broad jump and run the low hurdles. They are standing in front of a wall, wearing their practice uniforms which consist of a sleeveless shirt and sweatpants.
