Description
South Side Garden Club members who are in charge of plans for the flower show to be held in the garden of the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Trent. In the front row, seated, are Mrs. Frank Bass, Mrs. W. W. Latson, Mrs. H. J. Craddock (behind Mrs. Latson), Mrs. C. O. Martin and Mrs. C. C. Myers. Standing in the front row, far right, is Mrs. Glynn Le Phiew. In the back row, standing, are Mrs. R. E. Trent, Mrs. D. B. Smith, and Mrs. H. A. Griffin. All the committee members are wearing dresses. The show will be open to the public and a concert will be given by the Federal Music Project orchestra, directed by Walker Moore. Mrs. Bass is in charge of decorations, Mrs. Craddock is the general chairman, Mrs. Latson is in charge of hospitality, Mrs. Martin is in charge of publicity, Mrs. Myers is in charge of classification, Mrs. Le Phiew is the club president, Mrs. Trent is in charge of staging, Mrs. Smith is in charge of telephones and Mrs. Griffin is in charge of the program.
