    Description

The Young Women's Christian Association (Y. W. C. A.) hosted the All City Junior High School Girl Reserve mother and daughter banquet at First Methodist Church. Pictured are one of the scenes from the closing ceremonies. Standing beside the Y. W. C. A. symbol are Bobbie Jean Drury, left, and Betty Jo Ferguson. The face of Elizabeth Ann Longhurst can be seen in the "G" in the center of the sign, and Betty Sue Jenkins is peeking through the "R." The girls are dressed in button-up blouses, bandannas, and skirts.
