Football Lufkin-Waco, action shots. Les Taylor with the football in hand just as he broke into the clear on his 89-yard touchdown run against Waco Friday at Lufkin. The star half-back started the run from deep punt formation, swept end, and outran Wilford Ledbetter of the Tigers in a thrilling race. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, December 12, 1943.
