Description

Jim Bumpas, District Manager of the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board. In the photograph, Mr. Bumpas is seen in his office at 1020 Jennings. He is sitting at his desk and is wearing a stripped suit, vest, inner shirt and tie. He is seated with his palms crossed together while his lower arm rests on the desk with his head turned side ways On his desk there are several documents, a lamp and a telephone. There is a book shelf on the left of the picture pushed up against the wall with multiple books. On the wall behind Mr. Bumpoas, there is a calendar and a map, and beside him, there is another chair.
