Description
Lieutenant Pauline Sternenberg, Houston, of the Women's Army Corps, has been in the Wacs eight months, and has arrived at the Fort Worth Wac recruiting substation as a member of the enlarged staff which will recruit over an area of 16 counties. Before joining the Corps, she has manged, trained and shown horses at the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock show here for five years and the All-American Rodeo and Horse Show held here. She is in her uniform at attention stance and smiling. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, December 3, 1943.
