Description

Miss Lola Russell, Fort Worth traffic officer, watching demonstration by Traffic Lieutenant T. R. Buckman. The setting is a street corner on a brick-paved street and concrete formed curb and gutter next to a sidewalk in front of a brick business with bowling, poker, and pool. Russell is wearing a policewoman's two piece suit of double-breasted jacket and skirt at just below the knee length. There is a light blouse under the jacket. She is wearing stockings and oxford pumps with a slight heal and that tie. Buckman is wearing a policeman's uniform of jacket over a light shirt and solid dark tie, trousers with a line of braid down each outer leg, his badge, heavy belt, and holstered police pistol. His shoes are oxford-style uniform shoes.There is also braid on his jacket sleeves. He is wearing a white service cap with the police department insignia over the dark bill.
