Police Department. Women. Police Chief Curry handing commissions to Mrs. Mildred LaFontaine, center, and Mrs. Ila Mae Perse. Three people in an office setting with a window covered by a Venetian blind in the left side of the image and three framed documents or images near the top of the photo. The oldest in the photo, Police chief Tom G. Curry, on the left, is wearing a suit, light shirt, and tie and eyeglasses. LaFontaine is wearing a suit jacket held together by a single button over a dark skirt and a light blouse. She has a ring on her left hand. There are two horse broaches on the lapels of her jacket. Perse is also wearing a jacket and skirt suit over a light blouse, and is wearing eyeglasses and rings on her left hand. On a credenza behind the women rest the women's handbags.
