Cachet drawn by Dorothy Knapp recognizing Albania. At the base of the cachet is a scroll that reads "The eagle of freedom wields the sword of justice." Above the scroll is an eagle holding a sword. The Albanian flag flies above the eagle.The cover also includes a "First Day of Issue" stamp recognizing Albania, issued as part of the "Overrun Countries" series to commemorate countries under Nazi control.The cover was produced by the Fleetwood Cover Service company.
