L. Barron, 38 of Fort Worth, ship's cook first class, has spent the last 19 months in the Atlantic, while Joe Cottle, 18, of Cleburne, fireman first class, spent five months in the South Pacific.Barron, whose wife and 16-year-old son, Billy, are making their home with her mother, Mrs. J. L. Womack, 1516 Latham, saw action in the North African area and was at Casablanca. He has been in the Navy 23 months and will report to Chief Commissary Stewards School at Jacksonville, Fla., when his leave ends.Cottle, a sailor for eight months, and son of Mr. and Mrs. E. R.
