Captain W. Frank Patterson. A man in a dark uniform jacket with a lighter shirt and solid-color tie. His service cap has a leather strap and insignia on the front, and his jacket has crossed rifle insignia on the lapels. There is a ribbon decoration above the breast pocket. This photo is taken at the Star-Telegram in front of the same wall they use for all of these photos (it is covered with hand prints and smears and is easily recognizable after viewing it a few hundred times.)Clipping:"Capt. Frank Patterson, former Tarrant County legislator and attorney, is home on leave after completing a course at the Allied Military Government School at the University of Pittsburgh. He is visiting his wife and two children at their home, 933 Morningside, and his parents, Mr. And Mrs. W. F. Patterson, 2622 Jennings.Before being assigned to AMG, Captain Patterson was with a Military Police detachment, and at one time had charge of an MP detail at the Tule Lake Jap[anise] internment camp in California.He will return to Pittsburgh at completion of his leave."Stamped: Star-Telegram.
