Armistice Day Celebration. Parade etc. City Manager Sam Bothwell and Lieutenant Colonel C. S. Elliot on reviewing stand.Three men seated on wooden folding chairs on the reviewing stand. From the left is a man in uniform, not identified, then a man in a double-breasted dark suit with glasses and a light fedora hat who is City Manager Sam Bothwell, and in a dark uniform jacket and light shirt, tie, and pants is Lt. Col. C. S. Elliot. He is wearing glasses, a service cap, and from the castle lapel pins on his jacket, is a (the local?) colonel with the Army Corps of Engineers. A colonel is always in charge of each major branch of the Corps, and there has been an office in Fort Worth for many years. There is a brick and limestone building behind the review stand and flags on poles placed intermittently.
