Lake Worth Church will have Rev. John R. Merritt, who has been serving the Talpa-Crews Circuit, as its pastor. He succeeds Rev. F. H. Ingram, who has been assigned to the Aledo Church.Rev. Mr. Merritt has been in the conference seven years and has been assigned to churches at Wingate and Norton besides the Talpa-Crews circuit. . . .In announcing the appointments, Bishop Holt said that several ministers were returned to churches where there is 'dissatisfaction.' He said that adjustments will be made later.'The financial condition of the churches is almost miraculous,' Bishop Hold said.
