Mrs. A. J. Johnson wraps candy for service man.A woman standing at a table in a kitchen. Mrs. Johnson is wearing a black short-sleeved dress with a jeweled-broach at the neckline, she is also wearing eyeglasses, a wristwatch, and a wedding ring. The kitchen has striped wall paper and two small framed art pieces above a chair against the wall behind her. There is a painted door to the left behind her, with a brief glimpse of a patterned Linoleum in front of it, and on the left of the photo is an icebox or refrigerator. The table is covered with a lace tablecloth and a mirror sits in the middle with a glass bowl filled with various types of apples and citrus fruit. I her hands she is wrapping a candy box with kraft paper that, from the zigzag edge and the folds in evidence, is an opened out grocery store shopping bag.
