Caesar, president of Dogs for Defense, Inc., has announced.The revised list of acceptable dogs issued through Dogs of Defense created some misunderstanding, Caesar said. He attributed this to the fact that a regional director, apparently not aware of just what action the Army had taken and speaking her own view rather than those of the organization, had been widely quoted on the reasons behind the Army's move.Much of the current misunderstanding apparently came from the fact that including collies in its list of accepted breeds the Army voice a preference for those with working farm experience. The words 'preferably farm type,' used on the list, created the mistaken impression that the show-type colliese were not being taken. As a matter of fact, according to Col. Edward M.
