Description
Four more "Block Majors" were named on Friday. Two of them are left to right, Mrs. T. A. Platt and Mrs. C. E. Gillham named as majors in the North Hi-Mount district. In the photograph, both women are standing in front of a bare wall. Mrs. Platt is wearing a plaid jacket and a flower piece on her hair while Mrs. Gilham is wearing a decorated blouse. Both women are smiling as they pose for the camera.
