Description

Office of Civil Defence (OCD) Block Leaders Organization new officers. Left to right, Mrs. R. A. Hoyt, Mrs. Carl Graner, Mrs. H. G. Lovell and Mrs. W. M. Partin. In the photograph, the women are standing together posing sideways in front of a bare wall with their heads facing forward towards the camera as they smile. Mrs. Hoyt is wearing a bolero with flower sequence on her dress, eyeglasses, and a brooch. She also has a circular badge with a triangle inscribed in it and "CD" written inside the triangle. Mrs. Graner is wearing a dress made with a velvet material. Mrs. Lovell is wearing a matching skirt and long sleeve blouse with flower design pattern, and a pearl necklace. Mrs. Partin is wearing a suit jacket and skirt with a bow at the neck of her suit and the same badge with Mrs. Hoyt.
