William Chester Barlow, a 20-year-old resident of Dallas, Texas, is a yeoman second class in the Navy. He is spending the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Smith. Mr. Barlow was a shipmate of the Smiths' son, Jake Smith, on the Lexington. Jake is still on sea duty. Mr. Barlow is standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform.
