    Lieutenant and Mrs. Walter H. Beck Jr. She is the former Miss June Stevens. In the photograph, the couple are standing together, in the grass, at the curb, next to a four-door car with a running board. The passenger door is open with the plaid car seats partially visible. Mrs. Walter is looking at the camera and smiling. She is wearing a delft blue dressmaker suit with slip on dress shoes. The outfit is knee length with three-quarter sleeves. There is a decorative brocade pattern repeated three times down the front of the dress. She is also wearing a fishnet veil which covers her entire face except for the bottom of her chin. She is wearing a pearl necklace and pearl bracelet on her left wrist. There is a watch on her right wrist. Mrs. Walter is holding a prayer book topped with white orchids and floor length ribbon streamers. Lieutenant Walter is wearing a four pocket army uniform and laced dress shoes. The uniform includes a collared shirt, tie and hat. There is a "US" pin in addition to another pin on each jacket lapel. There is also a pin above the right breast pocket. His left hand is wrapped around his wife's right upper arm. Lt. and Mrs. Walter H. Beck Jr., married Wednesday night in the First Methodist Church chapel.
