Description
Machinist's Mate Second Class C. W. Basham. Mr. Basham is in a dark United States Navy uniform and white sailor's hat standing in front of a plaster wall. He has what looks like two pens clipped into the neckline of his uniform shirt, poking through under his tie. There is an insignia patch on his sleeve identifying his specialty. Clipping: "Several Service Men Have Been Home Lately. Numerous service men have visited Fort Worth relatives recently, while others have written of their new locations. Machinist's Mate Second Class C. W. Basham is on furlough from Camp Endicott, Rhode Island, visiting his wife and family, 5536 Byers." Stamped: Star-Telegram, Morn, Nov 3, 1943
