Jack D. Brown, Manager of the Membership and Finance Department of the Chamber of Commerce. The photograph shows Mr. Brown sitting at a desk with his hands interlaced resting on the desk. He is wearing a suit jacket, shirt, tie and a there is a handkerchief in the suit pocket. He is gazing off to the left. On the desk is a map, a folded newspaper and a ledger. On the left side of the picture, there is a typewriter while on the right side there is a portable fan on the floor and above the desk there is a lamp. There is a wood paneled wall behind Mr. Brown. On the left side of the wall is an American Airlines calendar. On the right of the wall there is a picture of a city skyline.
