A War Bond Campaign to "Knockout the Axis" is being held at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. One of the many purchasers at the rally is Ned Lydick. He is shown buying $16,000 worth of "Back the Attack" bonds from Mrs. Mildred Bell. Mr. Lydick is dressed in a dark suit. Mrs. Bell is a military wife. Her husband, Sergeant Thomas Bell, is serving in New Caledonia. Mrs. Bell is wearing a dress with a bow on the front.
