Description
Henry Harold Clark, twenty three, after joining the Navy and seeing 300,000 miles of the world, including action at Pearl Harbor and Casablanca, a Fort Worth sailor believes the war will last another five years. He is bosun's mate second class, of 406 Daggett. In this picture, he is wearing his Navy uniform. Clark attended Paschal High School and worked for Renfro Drug Company before enlisting April 4, 1940. He was back in Fort Worth on his first leave in 10 months of overseas duty to visit his mother, Mrs. E. Hogsett and his sister Miss Mary Clark. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition, September 8, 1943.
