Description
Captain Edgar J. Wynn is the assistant air inspector at the Fort Worth Army Air Field. He is attending the Retail Merchants Association luncheon at the Worth Hotel. While in the Royal Air Force (R. A. F.), Captain Wynn made 44 Atlantic crossings in two years. He and a small team ferried bombers from Montreal, Canada, to England. The 29-year-old pilot has been flying since he was 16 years old. He grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, and only recently moved to Fort Worth, Texas. Captain Wynn is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a military uniform.
