Description

The Panhandle Plains exhibition included both dairy cattle and dairy products and attracted crowds from wide areas of the Plains country. Miss Gwendolyn Rhinehardt was crowned queen of the 1940 Panhandle Plains show. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. W. Rhinehart, of Bovina, Texas. She is standing against a wall, wearing a long-sleeve, polka-dot dress. She has a bracelet on her right wrist and a watch on her left wrist.
