Description

The Texas State Guard is discussing mobilization plans for the 27th and 15th Battalions. Discussing the maneuvers, left to right, are Major Thomas W. Gahagan, Major Marshall H. Kennady, and Lieutenant Colonel George B. Thomas. Major Gahagan is in charge of the Fort Worth, Texas, task force. Major Kennady commands the 27th Battalion. Colonel Thomas is the assistant chief of staff. All three men are dressed in their military uniforms and are standing around a table.
