Description
E. P. Costello is relocating the Costello Ranch to Palo Pinto County despite years of history in Possum Kingdom Lake, Texas. His 233-acre island was covered by the lake waters when the Possum Kingdom Dam was built, making it difficult to continue his business. Mr. Costello's new home was purchased with considerable ranch acreage from Pat Dalton. The two-story home features a porch and balcony on either side and a large brick chimney running along the exterior. The lower windows are lined with shutters. A windmill and water tower are shown at the right. A dog is playing in the front yard.
