Description

Four members of the Art Climbers Club, a group of North Fort Worth, Texas, women who are among the local art societies scheduled to participate in the annual Artists Carnival at Pioneer Palace. The club members are, left to right, Mrs. W. T. Lee, Mrs. Landgrave Smith, Mrs. F. A. Ashmore and Dorcas Howard, who is the sponsor for the group. Mrs. Lee is sitting at a square table, wearing a patterned dress and matching bonnet. On the table are books and a vase of flowers. Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Ashmore are standing, looking at paintings hung on the wall. They are wearing dresses. Dorcas is painting a portrait. She is wearing a dress and a floral print coat.
