Thousands of anglers flocked to Eagle Mountain Lake to inaugurate the fishing season Wednesday at 12:01 a. m. In the boat on the left is Texas State Game Warden Roscoe Parks, measuring one of the many caught fish. S. M. Witherspoon, right, and Ed Oliver are proudly watching from inside their boat. Warden Parks is wearing a safari pith helmet and his uniform. Mr. Witherspoon is wearing a hat, sweater, and trousers. Mr. Oliver is dressed in a hat and a suit with a sports coat.
