Cony Warren Woodman was a labor leader and, for nearly a half-century, was the owner, publisher, and editor of "The Union Banner," a Fort Worth labor publication. He is shown seated in front of a large window holding a smoke pipe in his hand towards his face. Woodman is wearing a pair of eyeglasses and a suit. He also has his legs crossed. Through the window, the street below can be seen.
