    Mrs. Rena B. Conway, formerly with the Mineral Wells Index. Mrs. Conway is shown seated in a floral patterned couch with a newspaper in her hands. She is wearing a pair of eyeglasses and a leaf patterned, short-sleeve dress. Mrs. Conway started her writing career as Rena Bonner, and for her first article-a love story- she received a book in lieu of pay. Her first article was published in 1899. She has a sister Mrs. R. B. Craft, two children and was married twice.
