Mascot left by soldier. Mrs. Barbara Johnson of the Red Cross Motor Corps holds a tiny Pekingese pup mascot left by a solder. As she holds the small puppy, Mrs. Johnson smiles at the camera and wears her Red Cross uniform adorned with Red Cross patches. The dog was left by Corporal George J. Bonk when he boarded a plane for Chicago, Illinois.
