Tolleson, left, of Dallas, Texas, past district governor of Civitan International for Texas, was elected president and installed in ceremonies at the 23rd annual convention of Civitan International at Hotel Texas. Standing beside him is Dr. Earl T. Brown, of Glendale, California, vice president of the organization. Both men are standing in front of a bare wall, wearing suits. Dr. Brown is wearing eyeglasses and a name tag.
