Bob Burns, radio and screen star. Mr. Burns is leaning on the left-front side of a military car, marked U.S.A. 113468. There are a few military men standing in the background. Mr. Burns is wearing a fedora hat, herringbone-pattern jacket and belted trousers. His tie is off centered with a writing pin tucked in between his shirt buttons. He has his hands in his trouser pockets and a smoking pipe in his mouth.
