Texas officers of the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (W. A. A. C.) who were guests at a meeting of W. A. A. C. recruiters at Hotel Texas. They are, left to right, Lieutenant Xelma Mullinax, of Dallas, Texas, Lieutenant Janet Brown, of Fort Worth, Texas, Lieutenant Alyne Burton, of Fort Worth, Texas, Lieutenant Gladys Foley, of South Bent, Texas, and Lieutenant Mary Jane Thomas, of Carthage, Texas. They are all wearing identical W. A. A. C. uniforms.
