Description
William Handy (left) and J. T. Swan before they went into Criminal District Court in Fort Worth, Texas, and pleaded guilty to robbery of a filling station, receiving sentences of five years each. The criminals are shown standing in front of an empty wall, wearing trousers and long-sleeved shirts. Mr. Swan is wearing a hat. Mr. Handy is holding a jacket draped over his left arm. The two are posed as if they were fighting, both smiling.
