Miss Anna Ruth Culps, left, and Miss Caroline Tichter, worthy advisors of Riverside Assembly 125 and Fort Worth-Tarrant Assembly 126, respectively, of the Order of Rainbow Girls. The two young girls are shown standing in front of a blank wall, both smiling and looking towards their right. Miss Culps is wearing a polka-dot dress with a lace collar. Miss Tichter is wearing a dark dress that has anchors stitched on either side of the collar, as well as a small pendant necklace. Miss Culps is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. L. Culps and Miss Tichter is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Tichter.
