They are, left to right, Charles Koerner, head of RKO Pictures, the production company behind the film, Colonel John Ryan, technical advisor on the film, and Pat O'Brien, movie star who portrayed the role of Colonel Ryan in the film. Koerner and O'Brien are wearing suits and Colonel Ryan is wearing a military uniform.
