Description

Four highway officials who were in a group who toured the recently completed link of Highway 183 from the Camp Bowie circle to the Stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas. The officials are, left to right, E. C. Woodward, T. E. Huffman, Reuben Williams and A. J. Elliott. The men are standing on a bridge, all wearing suits. Behind them are several cars driving on the new road. Huffman appears to be pointing to something in the distance while the other three look on. An unidentified man is standing on the bridge at the far left.
